Seven Instruments to Measure Seven Beatitudes

On this webpage you will find seven instruments to measure the seven beatitudes referenced in Winston’s book ‘Be a Leader for God’s Sake’. Following the seven instruments, you will find a set of questions asking you to tell us a bit about you. These personal questions are optional but we ask that you help us by providing the information to build a set of norms in the future to see how the scores compare to global averages.

You may take this instrument to measure your supervisor or you can answer the question about you – just substitute ‘I’ for ‘my supervisor’.

After you complete the seven instruments and submit the information you will receive a response page showing your score for each of the seven beatitudes and information about each beatitude.

Beatitude one: Blessed are the Poor in Spirit

Beatitude four: Blessed are Those Who Hunger and Thirst for Righteousness
